签证到期IHS费用能退吗？
谢不邀~ IHS 其实就是英国政府收的“地租”（Land Tax）——由于这个税收不是按人头征收，而是按居住面积来计算的，所以实际上它只跟你的房子相关……而与是否持有签证、是否是永久居民关系都不大 (^o^) 如果你是在持有效签证期间入住/买下房子的，那么只要你不搬家就可以一直享受该优惠政策；如果因为签证到期等原因必须搬家的，那也没关系，只要在搬入新房子后的30天内申请变更即可 —— 所以原则上来说 IHS 是肯定可以退的~ 但是！
